"Wifi was down the the whole morning I was there. Very disappointing especially given the pricepoint. Was down from around 8AM to check out at 1PM"

"Internet was very slow. The biggest issue in my stay was the parking. This hotel does not have its own parking. You need to park on the street which has lot of restrictions and no clear signs for no parking. So it is almost certain that you will get a parking ticket one or the other way. Even hotel staff did not guide well when it comes to parking. So be careful when you book this hotel and be aware this hotel does not have it’s own parking. "

"Staff was very rude. Rooms are very old, no toiletries were provided, Bathroom was not in good condition, towels were dirty. For airport shuttle we waited more than 30 min. It was a terrible experience."

"I was disappointed because the laundry was cashless and required a credit card for use. I opted not to use it as we had just updated the card. The room smelled invitingly clean upon entering. There were no amenities in room outside the basic soap and shampoo. No robes, slippers, or basic toiletries. I got a weird vibe at check in, as the staff looked like teenagers. Also there was alot of noise and movement right as we began to serve ourselves breakfast."

"The staff were quite warm and welcoming, from check-in to breakfast. They were accommodating to my requests and responsive. The room was a great upgrade. I wish I could have stayed longer!"

"The staff was rude and arbitrary. The hotel accepted our reservation and upon arrival informed us that they canceled our reservation. There was no notice and they left us out in the cold. While waiting in lobby they threatened us with police. Bad group!"
