The staff at as great all around. Helpful, professional and courteous. The disappointment was the free breakfast advertised that only consisted of 1 item, either 1 plain and dry croissants, 1 bagel or muffin and an other of the same kind.

Pros: Our room was cleaned really well every day. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food in the cafe downstairs was delicious and reasonably priced. It felt safe. Noise was fine for us because we had a sound machine. The bed was comfortable. The location is excellent. Cons: shower water pressure was so extremely weak. I am not sure what the daily resort fee was for. I wish it had covered replenishing water bottles- we received two on the first day but not daily. We brought chick fila into the lobby cafe area and they told us to move outside to the patio.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was great.

All my staff interactions were very pleasant and they were all helpful and accommodating. Property is clean and well maintained. Only small issue I had was that since I was in a wheelchair the elevator and hallways are a bit small but you can still maneuver through. Loved the fact that they had a wheelchair accessible elevator from the street to the main lobby. Overall experience was pretty good in my book.
