"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had room 2 and it looks out over a beach parking lot and the beach. The pier is literally right there. The early morning fish market, and tons of restaurants and bars. Plenty to keep you going within walking distance. The bed, the room, and over the top friendly and caring staff, it was all amazing. And each room is different. Some things to know: 1. There is an elevator 2. Not sure how you can get to the continental breakfast in a wheel chair. There may be an elevator. 3. Room 1 and 2 have stairs inside the room (about three to four steps). 4. To get into the shower in rooms 1 and 2, you need to take quite a step down. This is larger than a regular step. That being said, I really liked the bathroom and shower - and it has a skylight. 5. If you are staying in a beach front room like we did, it gets pretty noisy at night. Bring some ear plugs. From the party goers in the parking lot to the fish delivery trucks and the farmers market set up on Sunday mornings, it was noise that I didn’t anticipate. Bring the ear plugs! 6. If you have to sleep in the dark, bring some eye shades. These are not room darkening window coverings. 7. We had the windows open to keep the room cool at night and ended up shutting them due to noise. And the air conditioning minimum temp is set at 69 or something. So if you are traveling with a polar bear (someone who sleeps in the cold), just beware. 8. The breakfast is bagels, cereal, a FANTASTIC chi "

"This was a spur of the moment trip booked on the road on the fly. Front desk was ready when we arrived ans super awesome. We will be back. Room was very clean and 5he place is walkable to anything . The beaches there are killer and so is the food everywhere. We will be back."

"The property was not as shown in the photograph; we were not in a one story street level but over the garage with steps. The host was incredible with response and providing suggestions for restaurants (that all were great!). We had an outstanding experience and hope to stay here again in the future. The microwave was broken but we didn't need it except to heat up our coffee when it cooled. Such a refreshing stay with 2 blocks to the shore and the same to the nearby Lido marina with water side restaurants. Wish we didn't have to leave!"

"Our particular room was so noisy, the doors slammed, the walls are paper thin. We had a view of a parking lot and had to pay $60 to park. All this for $400. Not worth the money at all. We’ve stayed here before and it was wonderful because we had one of the nicer more expensive rooms. Just know if you get the standard room, you’ll be "

"Parking was easy, thought the cost was a little high to park there every night. Staff was friendly, room stayed nice and cool. Internet was slow, when trying to watch tv it would buffer alot. The people above us were constantly walking back and forth and not walking lightly, it became very irritating. Overall I would stay there again, just not sure if I will rent a car next time. It was enough to rent the car much less have to pay to park also. "

"The location was very nice and central for us. Fit was great for us as it was just the two of us. Owners were great to work with as we had some travel changes to our stay. I didn't plan and there was a coffee pot, not a single serve and I did need to run to the market to get coffee. The upstairs tenants, I dont know if they live there, or were renting, but they were very loud and active after 11pm.We would stay here again!"
