Perfect beach cottage

This is the perfect place for a small group or a couple. Walking distance to just about everything, extremely clean and well appointed. The host was just lovely and very available and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Cottage

The house is clean, well equipped with remodeled kitchen and bath. The space is just right for eating and visiting during the day. The location is close to the beach, close to a grocery store and restaurants are walkable distance. The off street parking in the rear garage is a real plus.

Love this place!!

We did a little family getaway here with us and our 1 year old and our stay was great! The house is very clean and welcoming, the street is quiet and peaceful and the front and back patio on this house is so great to enjoy the beautiful weather and let our little one play. We are so sad to be leaving and will 100% be back and always check if this place is available first!!

We loved the location of the cottage, a short walk to the beach and to a food market. Living space was good/comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked well. We enjoyed the front outdoor area. And having a washer/dryer (in the garage) was very helpful.

Had a great time in Newport Beach with beautiful walks and meals The location is very convenient to walk down to the beach with a grocery store up the street. House was very clean and comfortable. Great location, nice house.

My friend and i were in the area for a week of golfing. The location is great. We walked to the beach and several really good restaurants in the area. The house is charming and clean. Pay attention to the listing about the size of the garage. It is a small garage, and parking on the street is taking a chance.

Great Spring Break Getaway!

This house was great for our mom’s and son’s spring break trip. The location is fantastic! It is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We did rent a car, and only needed it for our day at Universal. We stayed in the front house, which is the best one because you have two patios! Linda the owner was great and communicated everything we needed very timely.

Great Little Cottage

Nice cottage with front porch, upgraded kitchen and bath. Good location. 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and a block from a grocery store. If you have read the comments about parking in the area the garage space is really nice to have. Clean house, good comms from manager and easy check in check out.

I love this house so much I already rented it for next year. The location couldn't be any more perfect for all your needs. The owner was so gracious, and we kept in contact before and after my stay at her house. We didn't want for anything while we were there. The house was well stocked and very comfortable.

Booking was based off upper unit, received bigger lower unit which was nice. Only feedback would be to update listing. Lower unit has front porch which was great. Inside had all you needed. Perfection

We have visited Newport Beach many times, but this house was our favorite. We had fun in every direction, the beach, the store, and friends a street over. We loved the front and back porch access (We stayed in the front house). The furnishings were comfortable and extras (bikes and umbrellas) made the trip even more enjoyable. Check in and out was a breeze. We will be back!
