"Overall a very pleasant stay. Property was clean and well sized with linens supplied.Most of the beds were very comfortable, but the 2 single beds in the first room my mother found a bit hard. These would be alright for kids probably. Kitchen was a decent sized with some basics supplied like salt and oil. Barbeque was also available for use. Plenty of parking available in property.The house is mostly accessible, however there were 2 moderate steps up into the front door, and a small step down into the lounge room and one of the bedrooms. You could theoretically push a wheelchair or walker through the backyard around to the side door if level access is required.Only improvements I can think of supplying more toilet paper and soap, as there wasn't much supplied for the capacity of the house.Overall a pleasant stay, and I would stay there again"

"Everything was good except for the check in. Arrived around 6 15pm, reception was closed (said it will be open). Had to call staff and was instructed to just open the room and get in. The room was locked. There was no key to enter. After calling again staff came in and opened the door and asked me to come to the reception to check in. After I checked in went back to the room to find that there was no key inside, as informed. Had to go back to the reception to get the key.It was a hectic process. Never experienced this before in any place. (the good thing was there was no delay in making the call and staff arriving) However the room was clean and the facilities were as expected. "
