Good. Would go back

Overall had a good stay. Stayed in a cabin (no bathroom) for $100 a night. Definitely over priced for what you get. Staff were nice. Would go back, especially if the price was cheaper.

Friendly welcome and efficient check-in - the person at the desk had pre-filled in as much as possible. Nice cabin with all the essentials, on a site in a handy location. Definitely recommended and will stay again.

We enjoyed the break from Melbourne the Corollas, Kookaburras,. bats the Mitchell river walk, the other friendly campers. The easy walk to Cole's and main shopping center

The hosts are lovely people who are making wonderful improvements, they are working to adjust the description of the accomodation as our unit had to use the shared facilities, but this was not clear in the description. We would certainly go back.

Fair holiday destination.

Not too bad for a cabin stay with minimal comfort. Clean linens, hot water shower, equipped kitchen. Best location for holiday. Location of the cabin was too noisy due to traffic. Would be good to have more rubbish bin bags in the room to maintain hygiene. Doors lockers not fully functional for safety.

Great location on the River bank and walking distance to shops, restaurants. It has 2 awesome parks in walking distance: Howitt Park & East Gippsland All Abilities Playground, with Skate Park and bike tracks. Our room was OK, and fit our budget for peak season. Apart from having to share the toilets and bathrooms we had a great time there.

Well serviced

We were running late and the staff called us and arranged check-in. There were some loud guests nearby and the staff were quick to act and sort everything out. Very happy with the stay.

Holiday Park on the river

Great location on the river and close to shops. Park outdoor facilties great. I misinterpreted the meaning of shared bathroom thought it meant shared between the 3 of us, shower and toilet in amenties block. Not a good start as I am elderly and have health issues as does my daughter and her daughter. Tried to put TV on by using remote contol wasn't successful tried auto tune to no avail, as TV was near the ceiling sent granddaughter up on a chair to see if it was plugged in which it was. Asked host Female to come and help us,which she did immediately, after fiddling for awhile fixed the problem by plugging in the aerial cable. Cooked dinner on two burner stove. When attempting to do dishes, no hot water, have to boil kettle. Next morning approached host male to why we had no hot water. Response rude to nasty accused me of pulling out aerial cord, twisted my words so after being verbally attacked I let him know about dirty cutlery, birds poo on windows which I had no intention to complain about when I arrived. (Just wanted to find out about hot water) After ringing Wotif, decided to move on with a refund for 2 nights of our 3 nights stay. Female host easy to deal with very diplomatic. Male host should not be at front desk
