Definitely kid friendly. My niece and daughter had a blast. I loved the open room concept. My dad even got his daily physical therapy in the pool. There are a lot of restaurants, nail salon, liqour atore on St. Charles and even a Columbian restaurant next door to the property. I will definitely book this...

"We stayed four nights for a family wedding weekend. The place was well setup and week equipped. We had rented an electric car. The description said there was a EV charger but there wasn't, so we got a minor discount. Some pictures were off the walls. It was a little tough to lock and unlock the door. Mostly it was very nice."

"The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!"

The accommodation was great, from the booking process, the check in & check out process, reception was always so very helpful and sent texts if anything was to change. Secured car parking was just across the road. We had a lovely Christmas morning in the apartment before heading into the French Quarter for lunch. Highly recommend."

"We stayed here for a week with our 2 college-age kids. The apartment was perfect for that -- with a queen bed for us and a bunk bed for our kids. It's in a much quieter neighborhood than the French Quarter or Marigny -- but still within walking distance. It was a perfect retreat when we needed a break from all the activity. Also -- Louis Armstrong Park is a few blocks away and often hosts free music festivals. There are 2 great cafes 2 blocks away, and great restaurants and live music available...

"This was such a pleasant apartment . The two spacious bathrooms were clean and convenient. My husband and I took one bedroom and our 3 college kids slept in the other bedroom with king size bed. There is small couch in living room and two small chairs. The kitchen was open to the living room with countertop and benches. It was actually bigger than my home kitchen. Great location! Thank you"

"Immaculate and comfortable. Walkable to everything! Loved that our favorite breakfast place Ruby Slipper is right next door! Close to convenience stores to pick up water and snacks. Comfy beds, quiet in bedrooms, nice big bathrooms. Entire building was super clean and felt very safe. We were even allowed to check in early - very helpful! We had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay here again."
