"This was an amazing place to stay!! It's such a cute, quaint room. The room is right above the restaurant, I recommend going there too! It's also a great location. The neighborhood is very nice, it's got a lot of restaurants right on the street, and you can walk to some of the historical sites. Ezio was also super helpful. Checking in and out was smooth, he promptly responded to my messages. Be prepared that the fridge in the room is tiny, only a few waters fit in there. Next time I'm in Rome,...

Il bagno è bello e nuovo, unico suggerimento che vorrei dare è di attaccare qualche gancio per appendere gli asciugamani e qualche vestito perchè non si sa proprio dove appoggiare le cose. La fermata della metro Cavour è vicinissima e molto comoda. In generale tutto ok."

"Good sized apartment but bathroom was very tight. A little introduction to apartment use would be nice. The radiator in bathroom was pumping out heat and did not know how to turn this down. The shutters were controlled by electric switches and only figure this out on day 3. The location is wonderful for transportation links and the great number of restaurants nearby. We found two local markets a short walk from the apartment and they are wonderfully stocked."

"The welcome ws great, the room perfect with incredible amount of storage. The shower cubicle in my room was rater small (I'm rather large) but still usable and plenty of hot water. I ws working at the exhibition centre which was 10 minutes walk. Only downside to the area is a lack of restaurants as it is a business area. However, the Heco restaurant next door was superb and a coffee shop next to that for breakfast croissants."

"The apartment was exactly as advertised and Francesca was very responsive including arranging for a driver to pick us up at the airport and one back to the airport at 7 AM the morning we left. "Beautiful elegant reception downstairs, old world Italian charm, but a bit disappointed in my room, which I hoped would follow suit. A sizeable room, which was great, but pillows terrible and was expecting a nice decor bedspread, but just “sheets” when we walked in. Asked for a second chair, but she said “no”. In all though we enjoyed our stay- wished couple next door would not have talked so loud next door late into the night."
