The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator, has an area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room with beautiful view and balconies, dining room with kitchen, 4 large bedrooms (three with queen size beds mattress 190x160cm and one with two twin beds mattress190x90cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows. There is a queen size sofabed in the living room. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd.
The apartment is located in a XIX century building with entrance from Viale Due Macelli. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Spagna and Barberini Metro/Underground are 3-4 minutes walking.

Fidia and Allan were fabulous to deal with. When we all arrived everyone was nodding their heads up and down saying what a great place I had arranged for our group! The apartment was bright and airy with a great living room with fabulous balconies to take pictures and videos of the streets below. The supermarket was a half block away as well as countless restaurants. The large kitchen table had eight of us gathered around recalling our adventures in this beautiful city. If we were to come back we would want to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Allan met us at the property and explained how things work (which is important because some things work a little differently than in the USA). We had one little issue and it was fixed the same day which is amazing! Great place and would stay again.

Pre wedding trip to Rome

Excellent location and very comfortable home for a multigenerational family trip. Communication with host was excellent and we really appreciated assistance with shuttle transportation for an early flight. We would definitely stay there again!

It was very conveniently located right in the heart of Rome. It’s an older building, but they have done a good job modernizing the apartment. They could use better showerheads in a couple of the bathrooms.

We had a wonderful experience in Rome and having a quiet, clean place to come back to was perfect. The property was exactly as listed and photographed. Absolutely loved the apartment, location was close to everything, wonderful restaurants, shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi. Apartment balconies, natural light from the ceiling to floor windows, comfortable beds, living area was warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the apartment. Our host was so accommodating and answered all our questions as we led up to our visit and during. Our check was seamless and easy and was great considering coming off an overnight flight. We would absolutely stay here again! Can’t say enough about this place and the host!

Great Family Time in a Perfect Location

We were here for a family wedding g and stayed here at the tail end of the trip for 2 days. The apartment was in a great location and there was a restaurant directly located across the way that was very good too that was a Wine Shop. Shopping and sightseeing were easy walking distance. They also had good restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of.
