Elegant and bright newly renovated apartment located on the fourth floor of a residential building with lift. The apartment is located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera, in the famous Viminale district, a few steps from metro A (Termini) and B (Cavour). The apartment is a prestigious property with classic and elegant furnishings, marble and parquet floors, original ceilings and windows. The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. The apartment consists of an entrance used as a living area with a sofa (convertible to a single bed), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spacious and comfortable showers, large kitchen with dining area. All rooms have Air Conditioning and Wi Fi. From the two bedrooms' windows you can admire a glimpse of Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral.

Our group of two couples spent 3 nights at this apartment and it was exactly as described. Safe area, great location for restaurants and cafes, and to walk to tourist activities. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with large showers. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again.

Awesome Location, Awesome Space

The apartment was clean, with both bathrooms newly remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable, including the pull out bed. The building location was in perfect walking distance to most sites in Rome. The management team was responsive to questions or concerns. Lovely apartment in a great location

The Carosi apartment has a nice location with access to the metro only a few walking minutes away. It was very clean with everything one would need like a good air/heat conditioner, kitchen appliances and cleaning products. There was no toaster which we missed because breakfast was the only meal we wanted to prepare there. I would definitely recommend this apartment and want to stay there again when returning to Rome.

Great home base to explore the heart of Rome

The property is as advertised. It is quite spacious with very large bedrooms. The air conditioning is also very good, which was clutch on the very hot days. We loved the location within easy walking distance from Termini, the metro (Republic), and a number of key bus stops. The unit is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator that makes loading in and out a breeze. I also highly recommend stocking up at the grocery store across the street, great prices on essentials for the fridge. If you are like us and need luggage storage on your last day, there is a very convenient option at Bar Viminale. Loved it, great room for the rate.

This apartment is so wonderful! Close so many shops, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was quiet and well maintained. The mattress are incredibly comfortable and they had lots of extra blankets and pillows in the cabinets as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and there’s a grocery store right out the front doors of the building. The apartment manager who met us for checkin was very friendly and professional. When we had a question during our trip he got back to me within 5 minutes! Highly recommend this apartment!

Overall the rooms were fine. Upon arrival, I felt like the person who greeted us was a little “short” as we weren’t there by “his” expected time when the check-in time stated 3:00 (which is when we arrived). It was rushed to get some information from him as he was asking where we were and why we e were late. There wasn’t enough included amenities which I figure is normal for a rental apartment - only enough toilet paper for a few days - we stayed 7 nights and there were 5 of us. There was no paper towel and 1 dish cloth. Overall, it was a fine place to sleep and the train station is close. The bars around there had very nice ppl working which was lovely. I think the initial greeting set the tone for the entire trip which is unfortunate for guests who pay to stay at your place!

Very close to 2 subway lines. Great neighborhood with very good restaurants nearby. Beds are a little firm, but that seems to be normal in Italy as 3 out of the other 4 places we stayed had hard beds. Good communication. Carrifour express grocery right across the street. The shared area (with the brown leather couches) is not really usable since there is no air and neighbors come and go thu there. You certainly wouldn’t want to have someone planning to sleep out there. Overall very enjoyable!
