"The room itself was reasonable and the bed very comfortable. However, the customer service was not so great. Called for room service but never got a reply. On returning to my room after a busy day, my key card did not work - had to return to the service desk to have it re-issued"

"Amazing all the way around. I paid extra for a river view and that was definitely worth it to me. The views were stunning, the food and staff were beautiful. Truly a dream. The pool area is phenomenal. Breakfast was tasty, though maybe a bit pricey for what you get. I would rather spend my money eating lunch or dinner at the restaurant. Everything was wonderful. "
