"We book a few days at the Royal on the Park every year to shake off any jet lag from our flight out from the UK. This year we also booked a night before taking a Uber to the cruise terminal. The staff at the Royal are always very helpful and we've nevr had need to raise issues regarding room clenliness. We always book a room with a view of the botanic gardens. "

"Very basic and probably better suited to sports teams and school groups which seemed to make up the majority of other travellers. Loud music played from the pub downstairs but did stop promptly at 10.30pm each night. A bit of a walk to the CBD for my office, and food options were mostly fast food. Fit out is a bit dated and tired. Will likely try somewhere else next time. "

"Very clean apartment with everything you need. Close to mall for shopping and very central for public transportation and botanical gardens. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent heated indoor lap pool just a bit of challenge to find it. Definitely stay here again. "
