"1. Living Room chair: It is on a pedestal that pivots dangerously when entering/leaving the chair. Not balanced and someone could fall/slip on the floor, departing the chair. 2. No kitchen towels -- one roll of paper towels is insufficient for working in the kitchen. 3. There are no kitchen pots. Two lids remain. One large lobster-size pot is only pot available. 4. Vegetable peeler is missing; or would be a helpful addition. 5. Overhead LR fan in master bedroom.- The pull switch is broken. 6. A strong, garbage-type smell was in the air everywhere on the grounds outside. We were told it was dead seaweed. However, there were mangroves in the waterways and no seaweed to be found. It was unpleasant to stay outside or on balcony so remained inside. 7. LR large window blinds were broken and laying on the floor. Blinds closed only half-way and with difficulty with many broken. 8. With the blinds broken, sunlight filled the room and made the TV difficult to view; and could not close at night. 9. The TV is not working correctly. Some times when it turns on there is no input selection available - the contrrols are non-responsive. Thus there is nothing to watch. Jiggling the signal wire in the back has helped. This is a serious problem. 10. Check-in time is just too late. Checkin should begin at 3pm, not later!"

"Our room was very dated, as was the entire property, but the location was fantastic."

"We selected this location to have our wedding at and then have our dinner next door at Snooks. This is NOT a resort at all. The pool is actually small. I don’t even know when it gets cleaned but the water has a cloudy appearance. We had a total of four rooms and our best man and his girl had a room at the same place, five rooms total that were NOT clean. Our rooms had bugs in them. Crawling all over the counter which had prints all over it. Bugs at the sink. Bugs in the shower. After a shower I moved my hand towel and a roach was waiting for me. When I went to the desk to tell them about the roach, the gal ask me what kind it was!!! The floors were not clean. If you spilled something and wiped it up, the towel was black. Housekeeping uses a broom that you can see all the hairs on it and the broom is knotted up at the bottom. They use some sort of a dust mop as well. I didn’t see anything that actually cleaned the floors in the rooms. The microwave in our room was dirty. There was a half open corona left in my son’s room. There was a bandaid left in our best man’s room. When we got clean towels, I was careful to check for a roach which there ended up being one on the shower floor when I got out of the shower. My husband thinks there must be roaches everywhere in the laundry room. When you talk to the other guests on the property, everyone has a room story. There isn’t enough room for me to finish this review. Please pull up the google reviews!! "

"I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The cleanliness and overall maintenance were far below expectations. The roof corners were filled with dust bunnies, and the ceiling fan blades looked like they had never been cleaned, covered in a thick layer of dust and rust. The sliding terrace cover was also dusty and poorly maintained. The floor was dirty upon arrival, with noticeable sand and dirt throughout the room. The online photos are very misleading as they make it appear that the room comes with a private balcony, when in reality it is only a shared terrace space. The bathroom was in terrible condition as well. The shower appeared to be falling apart, with seams separating and signs of heavy wear everywhere. The refrigerator had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it unusable. To make matters worse, the pool area was poorly maintained and had visible mold covering sections of the walls. Overall, the property felt neglected, unsanitary, and nothing like what was advertised online."
