Our one bedroom room was very large and very clean! The balcony view was beautiful and surrounded by nature. Parking was easy and close to our rooms. It’s important to note that the rooms are only accessible by stairs so luggage must be carried up which wasn’t an issue for us.
The onsite restaurant was a big disappointment for my family. My husband and I ordered the Mahi mahi wraps and my daughter ordered the chicken fingers. All of the food made us sick. The fish smelled very very fishy so I only took a few bites before I realized that it was off. The chicken fingers my daughter ordered were grey in colour and had an odd foamy texture. All of us experienced an upset stomach after eating the little we managed to keep down. We opted to exit the park (over a one hour drive) in order to dine elsewhere for the rest of our two night trip. There is no excuse for serving off food like that. So our recommendation would be to bring your own groceries and plan to cook your meals in the beautiful kitchen provided in the rooms.
All in all, you can’t beat the location!!
We stayed with another couple in a 2 bedroom suite. The view was gorgeous from the deck. It would be nice to have 2 additional chairs in a 4 person room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms are small and there was not a lot of storage but it all worked. The bathroom was clean and basic. Again for 4 people we could have used a couple more towel hooks and maybe mirrors in the bedrooms.
