"The breakfast buffet had a wide and tasty variety of Cambodian and Western items. The staff is extremely attentive and are always going the extra step to ensure the guest is totally satisfied. The rooms are large with amenities such as a small refrigerator, kettle and toiletries. The bed was soft and cozy.The rooms have stunning woodwork throughout. Bottom line this is a five star establishment. The Ox Tail restaurant on site offers extreme luxury in fine dinning. "The best private hotel we ever experienced. We have been over 30 countries, Jaya house is one of the best. Everyone working in the hotel is friendly with smile on the face all the time. We have free breakfast and free massages every day. Hotel’s interior design is elegant and room is really comfortable. Two beautiful swimming pools provide us relax places after the tour in the super hot day. Hotel provides one way transportation from the airport and free tuturk service inside the city. We like everything in this hotel and love to stay here."
