Very safe right now, so well worth going to Siem Reap and staying at this amazing boutique hotel! The customer service and amenities, such as free laundry service and free tuk tuk rides from the hotel are unmatched by other hotels. In addition, the customer service is exceptional.

The hospitality and service at this hotel are truly amazing. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, always ready to accommodate any requests. The room is clean and comfortable, and the tuk-tuk service provided to the city provides convenience. The spa in the hotel is also great.

My daughter and I stayed at the wonderful Jaya House River Park Hotel. The hotel, staff and environment exceeded our expectations. I researched the conflict on the Cambodian border with Thailand, and determined it would not impact our visit. I was correct, we both felt very safe and relaxed at all times. The Jaya House River Park Hotel is beautiful. The design incorporates the lovely culture of the area with modern, artful and interesting touches. The room accommodation was first class. The hotel is a peaceful oasis, with beautiful gardens and grounds. The soul of the hotel is the staff. Their spirit of warmth, welcome, and personal attention have left an indelible mark on me. Every member of the staff was exceptional. The focus on guest satisfaction is outstanding.

The Jaya House hotel is such a peaceful Zen like hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and there are such interesting pieces of art in every nook & cranny. I also loved that the hotel is very into the environment and treats their staff like family. Wonderful place to stay.

Best Hotel Stay EVER!

I am a hardcore traveler. Been all over the world and Jaya House River Park is the best yet. The owner has thought of everything from providing non-plastic refillable water bottles to complimentary tuk tuks and laundry service. I wish more US hotels operated like Jaya House.

This was one of the best places we stayed in our trip to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. I would highly recommend Cambodia and the Jaya house as great easy safe places to visit, explore and start to understand the culture. Cambodia was awesome and the people at Jaya River House were exceptional
