Gem of SP

Great value firmly little gem of a hotel with big rooms and comfy beds. You can’t beat this place. And the pool is often really quiet

Good value for the price, but some downsides

Good value for the price and great breakfast. The pool area is nice and clean. But the room needs more outlets - there were only two in the room. It also could use some lamps as the lighting is not enough. We did see a few small cockroaches in the bathroom which we told the receptionist and she laughed and said she’d send someone up to fumigate. In the end they just gave us a bug spray so I could use if I saw any more. This was disappointing considering the hotel property is very nice and breakfast is good.

old and needs work !!

Unfortunately, nothing nice to say about the hotel so I will just advise my observations. Old and needs refurbishing, front desk staff needs training (twice I advised about the bad bathroom smell in room, yet nothing was done) and even though they copy your passport the nationality and other details recorded wrongly. Basically, no attention to detail. The hotel is perfect for groups coming for their scheduled tours not for seasoned travellers. We moved to another hotel for the rest of trip.

Nice room with friendly staff

I arrived very early in the morning by bus. The more was no store opened yet, the receptionist kindly accepted early check in. (It was very early indeed.) I was lucky to be able to take a nap at the hotel. This may not happen during high season, but I appreciate flexibility that the hotel offered. The hotel is located next to a new mall where you can buy Starbucks or some western chain food. 10 min walk from pub street, not so loud. Nice place.

overall it is ok but the breakfast menu is the same through out the year i guess. been staying there for 3 weeks and the menu never changed. Oh ya, my phone couldn't get connected to their wifi though. i get connection at other places. could be some incompatible setting

Refresh and sustain lovely big room very firm mattress but pillows heavenly, great swimming pool even if an aromatherapy massage in the parlor and a game of snooker near the pool the included breakfast was fantastic

Great choice

Hotel room was very nice but bed was very firm. Breakfast buffet was great and had good selection of local foods. Location was central to many restaurants and shops. We found a Tuk Tuk driver outside the hotel door who we negotiated with to transport us for entire stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

立地も良く、お部屋もキレイで、バスタブもあり、スタッフの方々も感じがよかったです！ あとは、朝食のラーメン？とフルーツが特に 美味しかった。 強いて言えば、シャワーと洗面所のお水が鉄臭かったこと。それ以外は完璧でした！

A good hotel in a good location

Good hotel, comfortable and on excellent location for Siem Reap. However the Wi-fi was very flaky and I was a bit disappointed that the room did not have a view, There were also a couple of electricity power downs.

オールドマーケットから暑い中歩くのは少々大変ですが、トゥクトゥクを使えば問題ありません。全体的に設備は古いですが、コストパーフォーマンスは悪くないと思います。年末年始であったためか、前のレストランのライブがうるさかったです。プール側なら問題なかったかもしれません。
