Lovely staff, pool & location. I had to cancel the last day booked as my plans changed. I was under the impression (as advertised) that it was free cancellation but was told I would be charged as I had booked through Expedia? Also ceiling fans would be an added bonus, as not many people can sleep with AC on.

Seen better days

The hotel is well situated in Siem Reap as it is only a 10 minute walk to the Pub Street area. Unfortunately the hotel itself had seen better days. It is dated, and sadly not very well cleaned or maintained. The pool area is pleasant but the area was littered with cigarette ends that weren’t cleaned up for days. Reception staff were helpful. Tuk tuk and taxi fares seemed fixed by the hotel, but appeared reasonable. Breakfast was ok. Drinks and food in the hotel seemed expensive compared with outside. A beer costing less than a dollar outside (draft was only 50 cents in some places) was 3$50 plus 10%.

Great value only minutes away from everything

A great little hotel only minutes away from downtown Siem Reap and the bustling Pub Street area. Best is that it is a short drive to all of the historic Angkor sites. The Frangipani chain is well known in Cambodia for its great staff and very secure locations. While it's not a 5 star hotel, the staff always do their best to make your stay a top star experience. There are always Tuk Tuk drivers outside waiting for guests or you can take a short walk to nearby cafes and bars. The breakfast buffet is good and filling each morning and has a decent spread to get you started. A great boutique hotel if you want the best value for your dollar.

コストパフォーマンスが良いが、まだまだ改善の余地はありそう。 スパやプールバーを利用しようと思っても人がいなくてスタッフを探し回らなければいけなかった。 初めて行くと、ホテルのフロントごわからず、スパの受付に行ってしまうひとが多いのでは？表記すべき。 朝食は割と良い。期待していたレベルではなかったが、コストを考えると相当だろう。 ナイトマーケットには徒歩で行くには少し遠いが、比較的便利な場所。

The spa was relaxing, the pool was quiet, the food was good and the stagg were outstanding. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, easy and relaxing.

A decent hotel and good for relaxing

The hotel is clean, wide range of breakfast choice. The pool seems nice but did not have a chance to use it. The staff are very helpful.

遺跡観光は何度もしているので、今回はホテルでのんびり過ごそうと思ったけど、窓のカーテンを開けると隣の建物がすぐそこにありがっかり。比較的建物が混んだ場所だから仕方がないかもしれないけど。 プール周りはこじんまりしてまずまずだと思います。 ロビーには良くある売店もなくゆっくりできると思う。

Arrived with no electricity in entire area so no AC on a very hot day. Nice breakfast buffet, staff very helpful, room tired. Great pool area and dining room. About 15 min walk from pub street where great restaurants and night market are located.

We arrived in the hotel... the staff was great... like a 5 star.. the room was okay...tv had lots of good english channels except it was about 15 years old and 21 inch screen..lol Resteraunt food was good...priced very reasonably and staff was great and the same for the room service

Refreshing Pool

Lovely hotel in a quieter part of Siam Reap . Lovely pool to cool off by and easy access to spa centre next door . The only complaint would be the restaurant menu . The food was very average and limited . Seems to be the same menu as the l Fragipanni hotel in Phnom Penn . The included breakfast was good but I wouldn't eat there apart from breakfast .

Nice hotel, no standout for Siem Reap though

The hotel feels comfortable and relaxed though I had friends staying at another place similar priced that felt even more tranquil. The pool is decent sized and the breakfast buffet has everything. I booked a single room and the room was really just for a single person, rather small. The bed and bathroom were ok but also nothing special or luxurious.
