"Room was good, however slightly basic for a 5* hotel. Pool area was nice, but quite small and limited sun lounger space - it often fills up quickly. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and accommodation. Location was also great, within walking distance of good restaurants and pub street. Overall very good stay. "

"The room AC didn’t work for two nights and was fixed only on the third day. This is in high humidity 95+ (fahrenheit) heat where it’s best to come to the hotel to relax in the afternoon. The front desk staff was not sympathetic at all, not immediately offering to give another room for the night, exactly opposite of the attitude expected from someone in the hospitality industry. And then there was a cockroach in the room."

"The hotel is 5 stars! Spotless clean, delicious food, amazing well stocked breakfast buffet. The staff are simply amazing, warm, friendly and so attentive, i felt like royalty. Its worth booking the hotel transfer which got our holiday off to the best start. The pool area is tranquil amongst the lush greenery. We ate in the restaurant twice, and the food is fresh and delicious.....such good value If you want a tuk tuk, look for number 8, he is fantastic, took us everywhere we wanted to go and stayed with us. Took our shopping bags whist we went for a meal and drinks. What a lovely honest guy, and for just a few dollars....we gave him plenty of cash tips. He also recommended a local restaurant, dropped us there and waited for us. Its worth taking the private car tour from the hotel to Angkor Wat, theres no point shopping around to save a few dollars. The driver Nit,provided lots of useful information, iced face towels and water and dropped us very close to the temples and was waiting for us everytime. This hotel should have 5 stars "

"Wonderful hotel, so beautifully decorated, amazing breakfast with tons of choice and delicious coffee prepared on demand by the barrista! Served in a very beautiful dining room by the pool. Located in a quiet area, away from the noisy streets. The pool was great and very clean. Rooms spacious and again with beautiful decoration, Good shower, fluffy towels, great bedding and pillows. Everyone from the staff team was extremely professional and always helpful with any requests. We wish we would have stayed longer! Absolutely recommended !!!"

"Excellent breakfast in a A/C dining room with relaxing music and beautiful decoration, wonderful attentive staff. Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious rooms, 2 pools. Great location, close to everything but on a quieter street. Pick up from airport was perfect. Very reasonable price, we recommend 100%!"

"Visiting Cambodia / Siem Reap and staying at the Urban Treeline resort proved to be a delightful experience experience. Even by the high Cambodian standards of hospitality, the staff were amazingly nice and friendly. The spa is addicting with highly trained and courteous staff. The breakfast is terrific and they packed us breakfast for an early morning start. The whole place is so aesthetically and artistically decorated. Can’t praise or recommend this hotel enough!"
