Would definitely stay again if return to Siem Reap. Photos do not do justice. Our suite was very large and very well appointed. It's a boutique hotel with an extremely nice and helpful staff. Their level of hospitality is comparable to the Four Seasons. What more can I say.

Visiting Cambodia / Siem Reap and staying at the Urban Treeline resort proved to be a delightful experience experience. Even by the high Cambodian standards of hospitality, the staff were amazingly nice and friendly. The spa is addicting with highly trained and courteous staff. The breakfast is terrific and they packed us breakfast for an early morning start. The whole place is so aesthetically and artistically decorated. Can’t praise or recommend this hotel enough!

This is a first rate hotel! We did tours and transportation arranged through hotel and it was all fantastic. On all our excursions we were given fresh water from eco friendly glass bottles and clean cold towels to cool off after visiting sights.

We chose Treeline because we wanted a resort-style property while still being right in the town centre for restaurants and services. Although it was one of the pricier hotels on our trip, it struck the perfect balance — and the design looked fantastic online. The hotel did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful building, the staff are warm and helpful, and the rooms are stunning. We booked a Living King Room with a shady outdoor terrace and day bed, which was a lovely spot to relax. The dark wood and concrete aesthetic gives the hotel a sophisticated feel, and the overall finish is excellent. The rooftop pool is small but never crowded during our stay, and we always found a sunbed. Breakfast offers a mix of Asian and Western dishes, with eggs and soups made to order alongside a buffet that changes slightly each day. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the quality of a few buffet items. That said, we enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Romiet — excellent food and surprisingly well priced. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious base in the heart of Siem Reap.

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Siem Reap. Everything about it was perfect: comfortable, clean, quiet room, modern amenities, wonderful breakfast (bar ala carte), gorgeous salt water infinity pool on a rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. We upgraded our room to junior suite and really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it was. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner with good vegetarian options. We will remember our stay here with fondness.

This is one of the most delightful hotels I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect for us. Rooms are lovely bed super comfy. The foyer and courtyard are so pretty I recommend the spa where I had probably the best treatments ever. Food in the restaurant is delicious. What really makes this hotel is the staff they are wonderful. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. Thank you for a wonderful 3 days

Great chic hotel on the river, steps to centre

A new and modern, boutique hotel, on the river and easy walking distance to town centre. Quality of hotel, room, bed and linens, soaps etc was excelllent. Rooftop pool overlooking river and trees was gorgeous. Very short walk to Angkor Fitness, the best gym in town ($3 per session). Staff were very warm and friendly, arranged our temple tours both days, and were willing to make all other arrangements if needed. Breakfasts were great, and the coffee delicious (very important)! Coffee shop and restaurant on site were also very good. Will be recommending to all my friends for sure.

Excellent hotel for your bucket list visit to Angkor Wat! Clean, beautiful, modern, full of surprises. A lot of thought went into its design. Done with environmentally awareness and sustainability in mind. Great use of locally based artists and designers. Rooms were spacious and confortable. Lighting was tasteful but lacking in functionality. This could be easily addressed. Overall a lovely stay with very minimal complaints.

A Perfect Stay with Unmatched Comfort

Our stay at Treeline Urban Resort was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredible, and the breakfast was delicious. A few standout highlights: The bed was unbelievably comfortable—I track my sleep, and one night I scored a solid 95, easily one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had. While it may not matter to everyone, the restaurant’s vegan and plant-based options deserve a mention. I tried several dishes, and each one was bursting with flavor. For the ladies, the bathroom hair dryer was surprisingly great—strong airflow and multiple heat settings (a rare find in hotels!). And most importantly, the spa massage was phenomenal. I’d make a trip back just for another session! Overall, this resort is a 10/10, and I can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed 5 nights here. First three nights a bit crowded with large tour group, but after they left I enjoyed the tranquility of the location. Hotel staff all amazing, especially the front desk.
