"Wonderful classic feel of European Villa in the exotic Far East. The room was pleasant and airy. We found the room did not let in enough natural sunlight the bulbs being energy saving did not light up enough. They scheduled a private party at pool side with real bad EDM with Chinese singers which only hit the high notes off tune. Made for a uncomfortable sleeping. "The hotel was nice and very quiet, but the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. We asked for a softer mattress or a topper but nothing was available. The hotel is a long way from Siem Reap centre or any amenities, so even getting some shopping requires a taxi or tuc-tuc, as the hotel is on a busy main road with no pavements."
