"Wonderful hotel, so beautifully decorated, amazing breakfast with tons of choice and delicious coffee prepared on demand by the barrista! Served in a very beautiful dining room by the pool. Located in a quiet area, away from the noisy streets. The pool was great and very clean. Rooms spacious and again with beautiful decoration, Good shower, fluffy towels, great bedding and pillows. Everyone from the staff team was extremely professional and always helpful with any requests. We wish we would have stayed longer! Absolutely recommended !!!"

"Excellent breakfast in a A/C dining room with relaxing music and beautiful decoration, wonderful attentive staff. Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious rooms, 2 pools. Great location, close to everything but on a quieter street. Pick up from airport was perfect. Very reasonable price, we recommend 100%!"

"They tried to give us a smaller room than the one one we paid for, to then switch to a room with leaky toilet. Then we had to insist one more time to get the room we paid for. Breakfast: instant coffee only! Powder fake juice, milk at room temp, no air conditionning, fan not offered unless you ask for. Dirty tablecloths, chair cushions with cigarette burns. Pool: water so dirty you can’t see through. Painting coming off walls, dust everywhere. Lots of other options around for much better hotels, at the same price or less. Overall, terrible stay, do not book there."

"Visiting Cambodia / Siem Reap and staying at the Urban Treeline resort proved to be a delightful experience experience. Even by the high Cambodian standards of hospitality, the staff were amazingly nice and friendly. The spa is addicting with highly trained and courteous staff. The breakfast is terrific and they packed us breakfast for an early morning start. The whole place is so aesthetically and artistically decorated. Can’t praise or recommend this hotel enough!"
