A Gem of a Hotel

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, extremely well located to easily access the key sights in town via either walking or very short tuk tuk rides. We very much enjoyed our 6 day stay.

Nice hotel to visit the eighth wonder of the world

Comfortable and spacious room, I like the wooden floors, breakfast buffet had options for everyone, stuff was very helpful, spa service is a must to try, the massage was relaxing for my exhausted muscles after long walks in my trip, I feel recharged for more Kms.

Location is perfect : near Pub street and Old market. All staffs I met were very kind and helpful. I was obliged to cancel the day tour but one staff helped me to talk with the tour operator and to suggest alternatives. As a result, I could look around on the day as I had planned.

Prime location

Wonderful hotel in a prime location. We spent 5 days ( 4 nights) here, and staued alot on the hotel. Sky bar was so nice! Also the two pools and the restaurant. ( I did think the restaurant was a bit pricey) The massage /spa was glorious. It was just a short walk from all the street food by the river, and not far ( but far enough) from Pub Street. All in all a great stay! Thank you and Orkun for having me!

The location is nice - very close to the downtown area and walkable for food and shopping. The beds were terrible - like sleeping on the floor. maybe worse.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Crown. The hotel is well located and not overpriced. The room we booked, a double with balcony actually had two balcony's, it was clean and well presented with good aircon. We used the sky bar and the pool bar both were good with reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast was a Khmer and Western buffet with the usual freshly cooked "egg station" really high quality. What made the hotel special was the staff, they were great, always polite and charming. We stay in Siem Reap often and this is the best "mid-priced" hotel that we have stayed in and will definitely stay again.

I would love to give 5* but somehow for no reason they will keep open the main door of the hotel and all the mosquitoes are in to sleep with you. Hope the management will take care of it.

パブストリートまで徒歩圏内で、レストランも多くあります。近所にはスーパーやランドリーもあるので、長期滞在でも困らないと思います。 朝食は6時30分からで、おかずは毎日変わります。卵料理と麺類はその場で作ってくれます。朝日鑑賞ツアーから戻ってからも朝食をとれました。 お部屋はやや老朽化部分がありますが、エアコンがきいており、不便さはないです。冷蔵庫に冷凍スペースがあり、ケーキ屋さんでもらう保冷剤が6個くらい入るので、暑さ対策として日本から持っていくことをおすすめします。お風呂に蟻が入ってくるのがちょっと難点。一番端のお部屋だったせいなのかもしれません。 プールは使用してないのですが、ロビーの横なので、少し恥ずかしいのと、かなり小さいです。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切で困っていたら助けてくれました。

Hôtel bien situé, pas très cher, petit déjeuner copieux. Maintenant, l’anecdote. J’ai transformé ma taie d’oreiller en œuvre d’art moderne avec mon appareil et masque d’apnée du sommeil, ajoutant une touche de glamour avec un soupçon de maquillage. La réception a décidé que mon talent artistique valait bien 10$ de frais de nettoyage. Apparemment, ils pensent que ma taie est une toile de maître. Comparé à l’année dernière, où nous avons vécu dans les hôtels comme des nomades modernes avec environ 140 nuits à notre actif, c’est du jamais vu. Aucun hôtel ne s’est plaint même quand j’ai fait du mascara abstrait sur les serviettes. Je me demande s’ils prévoient d’accrocher ma taie dans une galerie d’art contemporain. Peut-être que je devrais facturer les droits d’auteur. Qui aurait pensé que l’art de l’apnée du sommeil était aussi coûteux ?!
