While we thought that there would be 2 bedrooms (according to the VRBO listing) and there was only one, space wasn’t an issue-plenty of room for two people."

"A charming apartment, in the heart of Alghero’s historic center. Very close to the harbour and many excellent bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything needed to make a home away from home. The host was very pleasant and helpful. The stairs are steep but no problem if you are of average fitness and pack light. We had a lovely time. Highly recommended."

Communication was easy on WhatsApp. The location is great (close to beaches, groceries, 15m on foot from the city), the apartment was clean and tidy, everything was comfy and in-place. The apartment was classed as self catering but for us lacked a few important points. For cooking there was only a 4 ring gas top. Would have liked a few more appliances like an oven,microwave,grill and cupboard space for food storage.
