"So comfortable place"

"Tommy always makes you feel at home, a great place to stay if you want to experience Kyoto like a local. The guesthouse is minutes away from both metro an JR stations, there are businesses, convenience stores, public baths and everything you need to feel at home."

"Big room , big bathroom , clean , friendly staff"

"Beautiful property! Was extremely impressed with the living spaces. Although the space was slightly cramped when trying to open a suitcase, it was beautiful, comfortable, and had wonderful amenities including the private bath outside. We really enjoyed how close it was to Shijo-Omiya Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely looking forward to our next visit here."

"Very kind staff and great location by the trains station"

"Couldn't ask for any better. Very helpful staff and an excellent hotel well located in the heart of Kyoto."

"This is a great hotel, the staff are awesome, the service was great. The breakfast was very good. I would totally recommend this place."

"dope place would stay again & recommend"

"Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s quiet but also a very private space that doesn’t give a hotel feel. It’s clean, and has everything you need. "

"Great location"

"The stay was great!"

"Good location, friendly staff, clean, enough utensils for 4 people."

"Clean and spacious room and very kind staff."

"Big, clean room in a great location. The hotel is well maintained and feels contemporary. The only caveat (which is to be expected in Kyoto) was the mass chaos of the breakfast buffet."

"Very good hotel. I would stay here again."

"We felt absolutely spoiled here. The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. Easy to find cabs and the bus was just outside giving easy access. Good restaurants within walking distance though not in the thick of things. Definitely recommend."
