The staff was friendly and helpful. It was great having a bus stop right outside the hotel. The complementary breakfast was delicious. Rooms were small, but there was common space on the main floor.

The breakfast was complimentary and incredibly well made and organised. As well as the rooms well maintains everyday the towels and sheets were changed. Perfect spot to catch a bus to transport to certain eateries and train stations and not too far to walk to a Buddhist temple.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was absolutely spotless. The only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast. I am vegetarian and there wasn't much to choose from.

Pretty excellent compare to American terms. There are just so many competitions compare to Japanese hotel standard. For the price, the breakfast and coffee is pretty good. We would recommend it to budget cautious friends.

We love this hotel. Our room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the view from 10th floor was amazing! But about laundry room, they have only 3 machines so we had to line up for using them or/and had to back to our room a couple times. But other than that, we are highly recommended this hotel! We love to stay here again.

This hotel is kind of out of the way. The number 9 bus runs to train station and the stop going to the station stops right outside hotel. The stop where you would get off from the station is a couple blocks from hotel. That being said, we decided to walk with our luggage from hotel and it was a 20 min walk. We took the bus to the train station upon check out and that was infinitely easier. The hotel breakfast was included but so busy and crowded that it was absolutely not worth it. Save yourself some stress and find somewhere better. The room was fine, staff was fine. Just not a ton of things around and I underestimated the distance to the center of things.

Breakfast was very limited. But the coffee made up for the breakfast. We pick this location because of the location. Which lived up to our expectations and more. The coffee machine made an excellent coffee. The staff us very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
