It was a nice and clean hotel. The rooms were small, but same is the case with majority of hotels in Japan. Although public transport was easily accessible, the hotel was not located at walking distance from main downtown, shopping areas, dining, kyoto station, and main attractions.

Very nice place/room, location and staff. It’s easy to get there with a bus, and there are lots of shops and convenience stores nearby. The staff can recommend places (like a good onsen) so don’t be afraid to ask!

Nice hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast with so many different choices of food and always replenished so didn’t run out. Location has very little for dining out although one Ramen restaurant across the street was excellent with a variety of other food too. Had to walk about 10 mins to get to an area with more restaurants.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed.
