"unfortunately, they do not have housekeeping services unless you specially request for your towels to be changed.
The room was quite small but i guess it is also the price you pay for it...."

"We needed a quick accommodation and booked the first room we saw. When we arrived they blessed us with an upgraded room that made our stay even more comfortable!
Kind staff and nice amenities."

"Excellent luxury cruise. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are exactly as pictures and the bathtub in the senior suite is incredible. The cruise starts at 1pm and ends at 11am, so don’t count on a full 2-day experience."

"We were given a room on the top floor with a balcony and a great view of the city. The staff are exceptionally helpful and speak very good English, especially Mia. Breakfast was a nice selection, with some menu items available to order. It's centrally located, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the city on foot. The shower had good heat and pressure and the A.C. worked great.

"My daughter and I arrived at 730 am from an overnight flight from Australia, the staff were +++ accomadating, They offered us showers and food, also the staff organised the all the tours (somewhat cheaper than other places) whilst we stayed there. The room were +++ clean and the breakfast was +++ tasty and plentlyful. Very central location to the whole of the french region in Hanoi, would totally recommend staying there again.

"It's a great place to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. 1 block away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The first thing you will notice when you come in is the smell of jasmine. The front desk people are very friendly and professional. You will be offered a fresh juice drink and cookies while you are checking in. Breakfast is always good. Lots of variety and you can also order from a small breakfast menu. The staff goes around asking how things are. They are all very friendly and sweet. They even remembered that it was my wife's birthday and had a cake and wine in the room when we came back at the end of the day. All in all, this hotel is very highly rated. Thank you Oriental Jade Hotel and see you next time."
"We stayed in a basement room without a window. The room was very well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The sky bar was excellent with a lovely view of the lake at night. "
"We stayed at this hotel the first time I left my headphones and they saved them for me since we were returning after leaving for 4 nights for an excursion. Loved the service and everything was so lovely. Comfy beds and hot water. The staff was so friendly."
"Another amazing stay at another Meliá resort. No matter where I go, it’s always an exceptional experience. Meliá Hanoi offered an incredible massage and spa service, and the breakfast buffet had endless fresh options. The lounge provided the perfect ambiance with a flawless mix of drinks.
And the staff… “incredible” doesn’t even begin to describe them. Every team member at Meliá Hanoi was kind, hospitable, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.
Whenever I return to Hanoi, this will be my first choice."
