I especially loved the spa and ended up going every day—it was amazing and a perfect way to relax. The gym was also great and well maintained. Breakfast is a couple of minutes walk away, and has a good selection that should be suitable for most. Hotel is a little tired and could do with some TLC. Rooms are on the smaller size. Good overall experience."

"Perfect place. In the old city in Hanoi. Friendly and helpful stuff. Clean room. Well equipped. Great shower. Excellent bed. We did not have breakfast because we left early. The staff prepared us coffee and breakfast bag to take with us on the way to the airport."
