"We already miss it already! My husband and I's favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel in itself is an experience from the soiree's they have to the fun themed rooms themselves. The food is excellent as well as they are Michelin recommended. Perfect for those looking for a unique spunky hotel that has aesthetics taking you back to the Roaring 20s."

The Oriental Jade Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars."
"Amazing location, just a few steps to Hoan Kiem lake. Everything is just around, very close to the hotel: night market, convenient stores, banks, souvenir shops, restaurants. The hotel is located in the busy street but quiet enough at night for a good sleep. We liked it a lot!
We both had a room with balcony, absolutely beautiful and perfect, compared with other hotels in the Old Quarter. The room was so clean and tidy, beautiful decor. They made up the room every day. The laundry service is so cheap.
There is a lift in the hotel as well!
All staffs were very friendly and helpful, we quite trusted them. Especially big thanks to Ms Jennie, she did a very great job. She and her team made us feel the hotel just like our home. We could leave our luggage at the hotel during the days when we went away, that was absolutely excellent.
We have stayed at many hotels in Hanoi (mainly in this area) and Royal Palace is the best.

"The staff was very helpful. They even arranged breakfast for us to take with us when we took an early bus to our next destination, without us asking! The room was good and comfortable; the location was nice too. Even though it was right in the middle of old Hanoi, on the 7th floor you could barely hear the noise."
"The people of Vietnam are very friendly, but the staff go the extra mile with a genuine feeling like they really want to lear and get betterZ
Cannot recommend highly enough. "
"Since the moment we booked our room, Ms. Camelia “Lần Phương” has been so helpful from our arrival to Hanoi with airport pick up to booking our tours and checking up with us during them. We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. My family and I have traveled through many hotels in Vietnam through the years but this is the first hotel that we absolutely fell in love with and we will definitely be back to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi. "
"Room on the small side but that’s standard for Hanoi due to narrow building codes.
Anna and her staff was amazing. Multiple times we have gone to her for tour, eat and shopping recommendations. All were good. Some were great b/c they were not touristy places but frequented by locals. Highly recommended and will booked again next time I go Hanoi. "
