Il a non seulement organisé tous nos tours et hôtels suivants parfaitement, mais a également montré une gentillesse et une attention extraordinaires lorsque mon ami est tombé malade. Il est personnellement allé à la pharmacie pour lui acheter des médicaments et a ensuite appelé pour prendre de ses nouvelles et lui rappeler de prendre sa prochaine dose. Sa générosité ne s'est pas arrêtée là : lorsque j'ai mentionné combien j'avais aimé les pâtisseries que nous avions au petit-déjeuner, il a promis de m'en apporter le lendemain. Fidèle à sa parole, il m'a fait la surprise d'en apporter dix ! Le niveau d'hospitalité et de gentillesse véritable que nous avons expérimenté ici est rare. Si vous cherchez un endroit où l'on vous traite comme un membre de la famille, c'est ici. Merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour à Hanoï si spécial ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute."

"We absolutely loved out stay at the Splendid Premium. The staff was exceptionally caring, friendly helpful - everybody at the Splendid went above and beyond. I cannot stress that enough, they made us feel very welcome. Really everybody - across front desk, bell desk, breakfast, rooftop bar, spa, and so on. The location is excellent - it's right in the Old Quarter (which we later learned is the most expensive real estate in all of Vietnam - yet the hotel price was reasonable); lots of activities in walking distance, or a short ride from there. Breakfast selection was great, with some daily variations. We went to the Spa a few times, they knew what they're doing. Slight knock down (4 vs 5 stars) on 'condition and facilities'... it was fine, however if you expect a western hotel standard you may be a bit disappointed (room was rather dark with lack of view, and pool was cold); however, as noted before, this place is in Hanoi's Old Quarter, so that needs to be taken into context. Allover excellent stay, and we would go there again. "

"What a great hotel and even better staff, always friendly helpful and informative . Rooms are clean and air conditioned breakfast is brill. IF you read negative reviews clearly from people trying to find faults. For the price you pay you can have zero complaints. Location wise its the other side of the bridge from district 1 (beer street etc) and will literally cost you a couple of pounds on a grab taxi. Worth going for a walk some lakes very near by with some traditional resturants and lots of coffee shops . Perfect base location away from the noise and hussle and bussle of tourists but equally close enough to go and get involved "
