"Excellent Central Hotel"
Fantastic location 2 blocks from Roma Termini central train station. Upgraded, clean rooms. Big queen bed, very comfortable. Beautiful shower, and bathtub (a rarity in hotel). Amazing breakfast, huge buffet with mutliple European and North American classics. Amazing coffee (each table has a huge pot with a pot of steamed milk). The only downfall is no pool and no gym, things that I expect in North America. Uncommon in Europe though. We walked so much every day, I was able to look beyond the lack of gym. Lots of amazing things to do around the hotel. Would stay again (and I am VERY) picky with hotels. My favourite chain of hotels is the Fairmont Hotels, which this really reminded me of.

"Decent"
not as close to the train station as advertised. They wouldn't allow us to use espresso machine after 10am. Clean but small rooms.

"Nice hotel"
Definitely recommend this hotel, My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast. The only negative that I can say is the staff are a bit rude for I went there to tell them we are going to check out but they wouldn't even say anything and I have to wait.

"Excellent central location."
All staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful. special praise for Valerio who tended bar, and offered excellent advice, and extensive knowledge of Rome, showed real interest in your plans, and mixed great drinks! Room and bed were on the small side, which is the only mild complaint.

"Nice hotel in a great location."
Everything was as expected with well decorated, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. However the AC did not work very well and the bed was very hard.

"Excellent hotel near the heart of Rome"
To preface this review, it is important to note that hotels in Rome are often situated in older buildings with smaller rooms. Having said that, the hotel was well furnished, elegantly updated, and modern. The room, while smaller compared to what you may expect if more familiar with US standards, had enough space for my wife and I to be quite comfortable (we stayed in the classic room). The ceilings were also very high which helped the room to feel larger. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and were willing to assist us with excellent recommendations and coordinating our plans. They left gifts for when we arrived, and on the day that we checked out had a tray ready for us for breakfast (as our flight left before the breakfast was served). The rooms were clean, and despite being right next to a busy part of the city, were just down the street enough for us to be unbothered by noise (though we are both from a big city so what we get bothered by may be different). The location was perfect, as there is a metro stop within a few steps, and almost all of the major sights are within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, with hot coffee/cappuccino/etc and hot food item menu to order and a buffet with a great spread every morning. My wife appreciated the hair dryer, which had good air flow and temperature. The room had individually adjustable air conditioning and safe that could fit an iPad mini comfortably. Would stay again

"Excellent, conveniently located hotel"
We stayed there for 10 days in April 2016. Allocated a large room on the 5th floor, despite arriving at 9pm. With double-glazed windows, heavy curtains and air-con, we slept well. The buffet breakfast was good - hot & cold dishes and a wide variety of alternatives. You control your intake of coffee / tea, not the staff. The Breakfast Room (a work of art itself) is shared with the attached Bettoja Mediterraneo Hotel. One problem occurred at the weekend, when the room became overcrowded and we were led to the Overspill Room (which had an identical buffet, but no staffing!). The Metrobus tickets cost E1.50 each and last for 100 minutes. Good value - eg they will take you all the way out to Ostia by train. But the seats on the buses are always occupied, unless you get on at a terminus eg Termini station.
