"Great spot and within walking distance to a lot of you understand the back roads in Rome. Very authentic. Couldn’t figure out how to get the tub to get hot, but otherwise great place. Expedia has breakfast included in the listing and that’s not true. Not the location’s fault, but don’t book this expecting breakfast. Staff very helpful. Very Roman feel to it. "

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"We had a lovely stay. We booked the suite as we had our son with us. Spacious and modern room. Clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for us, right in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants, shops, and landmarks around us. Would definitely stay there again. It can be noisy outside early morning- trash trucks etc. but maybe if you are on a higher floor you hear less. On our first night, I noticed our sheets had what looked like dirty footprints all over them. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in getting a new set of sheets and anything we needed throughout our stay. "
