"Great service, all staff, reception, restaurant, bar!"

"Room was not clean, ants and snails everywhere. No bat mat, no bathroom tissues. Check in was not easy, staffs are always busy on their phones. We got room in the end side and when we asked about help with luggage they said nothing they can do, check with security. Security guards are very helpful compared to reception staff. Wifi is a big joke, only works if we have luck"

"The rooms were quaintly decorated, very clean, all the amenities, modern bathroom. The food service was high quality and reasonably priced, the staff was exceptional. There's a beautiful curved marble staircase you need to climb for one floor to reach the elevators, not great for those with mobility issues but passing through the lounge on the way to the elevator gave the feel that you were walking through an 18th century palace. It was very nice. And very quiet."

"I'm happy to take the time to write this review, they deserve it. The location makes getting to the airport terminal quick and easy. 20 yards outside the hotel lobby is an elevator leading to the enclosed walkway to the the main entrance of the airport. It's an easy walk of only 10 minutes, and smooth surfaces for rolling your luggage. Shuttles and taxis are also easily accessible, if you want to leave the airport grounds. The staff is first class, and willing to assist in whatever you need. I especially like that they have a secure room for luggage storage while waiting for your room availability. And there is no extra charge for this service. We stayed on the Executive floor. It was quiet and the room was large and comfortable. They gave us room 5050 which was handicap friendly. My wife broke her leg on the last day of our trip, and needed the special accommodations. The hotel staff was quick to offer us the use of a wheelchair, and made sure we were comfortable. The lobby is huge and offers several seating options. Weather you're alone, or in a large group, there are several areas in the lobby to escape to. They also offer a very well stocked bar, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of Italian and American food options. Another very refreshing perk was that the entire staff spoke English. That makes the stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone using the Rome airport, for the night before your flight."

"Lovely clean hotel with really nice reception staff that made us welcome, all spoke good English. Pretty quiet place all in all with modern amenities and within walking distance of many attractions which is what we wanted. There are a couple of small gripes though, bathroom was in need of a little maintenance, loose soap dish, hairdryer plastic had melted sometime in the past at the nozzle end preventing styling nozzle from attaching but it still worked fine. Shower door and screen leaked. Bed was ok but pillows weren't very comfy. Had housekeeping every day which was great always came back to a lovely clean room. Food at breakfast was very good and again with lovely staff attending. There was a small bar in the hotel but we didn't use it so cannot comment. If asked if I would stay again then definitely I would say yes. Had a lovely time there with nothing to spoil my first visit to Rome."
