"Really good stay, checked in at a busy time in the bar but was seen to so quickly! Informed of all the information. Over night there was no noise and had a peaceful nights sleep. 10/15 mins walk to the nearest tube and only 20 mins into the city We will stay here again !! "

"Clean. Dependable. Only constructive criticism I would have is valuables should be held ina manner where it’s secured by the guest- not where they are put in a paper bag that’s simply staples shut. Wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. On the weekends, dining can be difficult without reservations. "

"Have stayed here a number of times. Hotel is nice. The gym is useless, not sure how they can claim they have one! Like a garage set up. They add a 5% service charge that goes to the staff. Last time I stayed I wasnt even told about it. This time the lade mentioned it but said it would be really grateful and clasped her hands praying! A hotel like this should just pay their staff properly. The carpet in my room was stained terribly. The windows at floor level and only reached my knees.....
