"Great location"
Great location. Close to Termini Train station. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offered good selections with excellent coffee/espresso machine. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and I would not hesitate to stay again and again. Very please with our stay.

"Super 2-star hotel"
We were impressed with the hotel for the price we paid. Everything is clean and well-decorated. Of course the room was small, as are most in Europe. But the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful. Breakifast ok with plenty of choices.

"Great position"
Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a central position close to the three main roads leading to all the main attractions for Rome. Metro close by, restaurants as well, staff very helpful nothing to small. Room was large and spacious, bath air conditioning, beds very comfortable as well. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

"Great stay near the centre of Rome"
The hotel was a fifteen minute walk from the Roma Termini train station. There was actually a YouTube video to 'show' you the way to the hotel. Staff were super friendly and walked us through a map of the area including popular sights and restaurants. They also offered right away to help us with reservations. The room itself was one of the most spacious we stayed in while in Italy. One quirky thing we needed to get used to was the loud toilet. I believe it is called a 'macerator toilet.' The staff let us know it is a necessity in the old building. We didn't really notice the noise after a day. The room itself was very clean and was cleaned every day we stayed. There was also a provided breakfast where you could choose from a good list of items. You were also welcome to have them all if you wanted! This was a welcome detail because most places only provide a croissant and espresso as their breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the cookies! One of our best stays while on our trip!

"Lovely hotel, very close to Termini"
Our hotel room was very grand and beautiful and was handily located close to Termini (which is what we were looking for). The staff were friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you

Only downsides are street noise and difficult stairs. Room was very stylish but bathroom and shower had odd layout but very stylish. No breakfast furnished in price so a negative

"The location is ideal for exploring historic city"
This hotel was near where I needed to be for some work meetings but it is also a perfect location from which to explore the historic center. It has some high-tech features in a beautiful older building, a nice blending of practicality and comfort. Newly updated bathroom fixtures and tile, clean and neat room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

"Too much for a 5 hr stay..."
Late arrival fee was disappointing. Expedia should make that much clearer prior to finalized booking. Neighbor was deep in conversation until 2:30am and only stopped when I pounded on the wall. I had an early morning flight and was only looking for a place to sleep before heading to Termini train station. Didn't sleep much given the neighbor issue and street noise. I was looking for a reasonably priced short stay, the late arrival fee put this hotel above others I considered. The room was clean, bathroom acceptable. I would recommend it for the price IF a guest can get their before the $30 late fee hits you.

"Budget hotel with few perks"
I was looking for a budget hotel that is close to the downtown. They provided a decent breakfast consisting of pastries and coffee. Paying for the wifi was a bummer though. Overall it was a good experience.
