"The hotel is located close to the train station and is 1 block away from the city tram which is free to ride around the Central Business District (CBD). The room was clean and spacious. There is a nice buffet style breakfast in the morning that had hot and cold sections. Shopping and food were in walking distance. Elizabeth street was filled with all kinds of Asian restaurants. The crown casino ( 15 min Tram ride) looked and felt like you were in Vegas. I didn't play as you needed to get a players card with your passport. Good thing as it saved me from myself LOL. The food court was classy with a variety foods. The walk along the river was very pretty and had alot of nice restaurants. I would stay there again as the staff was very nice. There was also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for a small fee of 4.00AUD. At the time the exchange was .66 to the USD. "

"Excellent service. We would have liked some face washers in the bathroom. Please make sure the number of towels are replaced with the same number taken, as 4 towels were replaced by 2.. Apart from that we loved staying there."

"I like the location of the hotel and how close is to transport and shopping Centers. I was also positively surprised how clean is the place and how professional and friendly are the staff. The only thing I hoped it will be better or more variety is the breakfast buffet. "
