“Awesome Stay in a great hotel!”
Perfect place for a short stay. Room newly renovated and in perfect condition, even includes a kitchen and a dishwasher if you had to stay for a few more days. Handy to the opera houses and all the shopping spots on near by Collin and little Collin street, and you are one block from the main mall on Bourke st. Trams run just outside the door, and are very regular. The staff are great , although a little generic. (cold) But they were very professional. Overall I was more than happy to stay in such a beautiful place.
“Modern and Clean”
All the basics in a clean and modern environment. Staff were friendly without being fake. A very pleasant stay.
“Lovely new rooms and great location”
Citadines is right in the heart of Melbourne city - brilliant location for shoppers. Department stores, food outlets and movie theatres are on the door step. A tram stop is right outside and cabs are easy to grab. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. Black-out curtains and a quiet room ensured I had great sleep. You won't find anything stocked in the fridge and room service wasn't very cheap or easy to access so I'd suggest finding the nearest supermarket (I called into the QV building - a 10 minute walk) for supplies and a cold beer or two. Overall this was great value and it's always nice to stay somewhere new with staff who know what they're doing.
“practical”
Very convenient and all requirements included. Large pleasant room with kitchenette and all utensils provided
“Definatly stay there again!”
Would recomend it to anyone and everyone! Fantastic
“Great Location in the CBD”
This hotel is in a great location with the Bourke St mall and Chinatown close by. The decor in the room is a little stark but the studio apartment was functional and very quiet considering how busy the hotel was.
“Melbourne's best hotel & will only book this hotel from now on! Always great service”
This is a great hotel.. great location & most of all affordable! Has everything you need. definetly worth your money! Will stay here always when in Melbourne.
“Somewhere I will go back again”
Easy to find and room is very spacious.
“Happy to revisit this hotel”
I have stayed at Citidines on Bourke twice this year. You only have to walk a block or two to be in the middle of the CBD. Very comfortable. Helpful staff. 24hour reception.
“Handy location with many cafes and restaurants nearby”
New building. Good staff. Too few elevators so there is a long wait at peak times Shower drain is too small and with anything but a trickle of water the shower overflows and spills onto bathroom floor.
