"Good location, restuarant is handy & excellent ser"
The staff were excellent. From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty even though I was dressed pretty cheaply. My room was good sized for 2 people with an armchair & coffee table, the bathroom were clean and worked, the tv channels were boring but I don't watch much to anyway. Only bad point about my room was the outside noise/sound can be heard and doors opening next door. The shower was occasionally hot/cold too. What made my stay really enjoyable were the staff and restaurant. I did enjoy the room service as I prefer to have my breakfast at 6 am rather than wait until 7 am in weekends. I also learnt not much open for dinner on Sunday nights so I again happily ordered room service for dinner. The staff who brought my food at the restaurant & room service all had big friendly smiles and were attentive. For my room service breakfast one staff was nice enough to open curtains for me and set up the table in a good spot before he left, all with a big smile and he was very cheerful & did not wait for me to tip him! I also cut my finger rummaging through my handbag and was brought free stash of band-aids to my room after a quick call to reception. Lastly. I was handed free bottle of water when I lazed at the pool (again by a staff member with a smile). I really felt the service was the best and I've stayed at 40+ hotels all over the world.

"Best hotel location"
This is the best hotel to stay in Perth, literally walking distance to everywhere you would want to go in Perth CBD. Shopping malls are one block away and the tourist information centre is literally around the corner from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. There are food outlets and a nice bar directly underneath the hotel and is across the road from the Apple store. I stayed there for the Hopman Cup tennis and it was only a 10minute walk to the new Perth Arena. Its also nextdoor to His Majesty theatre. Will stay there again!

    Where to stay in Perth?

As the capital of the state of Western Australia, and despite being officially the remotest city on Earth, finding hotels in Perth is simple with Expedia.com.au. With its miles of sandy beaches, famous Pacific Ocean waves and attractive city districts, Perth is definitely high on the agenda for any trip to Australia.

When it comes to making the most of the beautiful weather and the ocean right on your doorstep, Perth has got it all covered: some of the best surfing spots in the world coupled with a nightlife to match anywhere in Oz. Most of Perth hotels are within easy reach of the most popular venues, and the staff will be able to provide you with information about what’s going on. Some of the best surfing breaks are to be found at Scarborough, Cottesloe and Trigg Point, although no trip to WA is complete without a road trip down the coast to Margaret River, where the swell can reach epic proportions and the local wine is to die for!

If you fancy something a little more laid back, how about spending a day out at the WACA, Western Australia’s home of cricket, and one of the finest grounds in the world, where you can lap up the atmosphere as well as few schooners of the local brew, Swan Draught. Alternatively, if the natural world’s more you thing, Perth Zoo is one of the best places in the country to view the local wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and emus in beautiful surroundings. If you fancy getting out of the city one day, a trip around the bay to nearby Freemantle (or Freo as the locals call it) is a must. With its old-world charm and great restaurants and bars, it’s a beautiful town situated at the mouth of the Swan River.

With a huge choice of accommodation in Perth on offer, you’ll have no problem getting yourself settled in, so you can get straight out and enjoy a bit of sun, sea and surf with the friendliest locals down under!
