“Impressed with Radisson”

Fine quality hotel in the heart of Melbourne! I was impressed with the condition and size of the rooms. The staff are very helpful and quick to serve. My only problem was with the fact that the Flagstaff train station is closed on Saturdays and Sundays! Easy to fix - catch a tram!

Area recommendations

CBD - everything else you can catch a tram to. It's just nice being able to head back to your hotel when the day gets too tiring (or you're carrying too much shopping!)

“good clean middle of the road hotel”

Beds were very comfy, room was very clean. Bathroom a bit outdated, but still very clean. the days of having the shower over the bathtub are over, hope the next refurbish will address this. Towels a bit threadbare and greyish. Minibar hugely overpriced $11 for one whisky. Check in reception good, quick and friendly, WATCH OUT for the check out - an all too often experience - reservation pre-paid with Expedia, but they try to charge you again on checkout. Come on guys not a good final impression.

“Best bed”

We have not slept on a more comfortable bed & the pillows were just perfect. The complimentary champagne for my husbands 50th birthday was really nice - pity they mixed up the name on the card & put it to me instead of him. Overall - great with no complaints.

“Excellent Service”

2nd time i have stayed here, On arrival at the hotel, 5 hours before the scheduled check in, we asked if we could check in early due to an ill member in our group. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our reqquest. Service was excellent and greatly appreciated by the ill person concerned.

Spencer Street DFO, the shopping was great. St Kilda on a Sunday afternoon, great markets, food and atmosphere.
