"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

Had to get our shower to use body wash/gand soap bolted to the bathroom vanity. Not ideal. No fresh towels daily. Cafe does decent coffee & nice breakfast. Close to Darling Harbour & China Town. Good location. Used Cinema parking. Easy. Stayed be the pool till early afternoon after check out. "
