“Great location”
The view from our room was pretty horrendous however the room itself was modern and clean and the hotel excellently placed for us, a short walk from Town Hall station and Darling Harbour. We'll be back.
“Clean, comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced”
The hotel was clean and comfortable and enjoyed it being so close to Darling Harbour
“Excellent Stay”
Excellent stay. Have been with Radisson in a few different countries. Exemplary experience every time.
“Very good, clean and fresh and friendly service.”
The hotel was clean and in a brilliant location. The room was nothing extraordinary but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
“Not bad, but not great either!”
A fair hotel - cleanliness was good, staff were helpful and accommodating and price wasn't bad. However, we had the Liverpool St side of the hotel which was quite noisy with revelers at the weekend. Had no plates/cutlery anywhere and didn't realise that after asking for a DVD player for the room, that we needed a member of hotel staff to switch between the TV and the player every time we wanted to watch a movie. Small things, but took the edge off the overall experience
“we will stay there every time we go to sdyney”
great had a great stay
“great position”
TOP SPOT, SHORT WALK TO DARLING HARBOUR,CHINESE GARDENS ETC ROOMS ARE GREAT ARE GOOD SIZE AND HAVE A BALCONY,STAFF ARE ALL A1,WHEN WE GO BACK TO SYDNEY WOULD ONLY STAY THERE
“Great hotel close to Darling Harbour”
Hotel looks like it's just undergone a refit/Reno and both the public spaces and rooms are nicely appointed. Great location just a 10 minute walk to Darling Harbour and some great restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Our breakfast was included in the rate and it had good variety over the two meals we had there and wireless Internet was complimentary in the bar/lounge and main lobby. Service at the desk needs some improvement...we found them to be abrupt and always rushed, but overall worth the stay.
“Horrible DO NOT STAY”
Whoever rated this as a 4 star hotel has never stayed at a nice hotel. The only 2 good things I can say about my stay is it was a great location and the staff was friendly. Other then that it was not worth the money we paid. The room was old, the shower leaked, being next to china town the whole roomed smelled like chinese food at night, our room filled with cigar smoke one night on a non-smoking floor, the view was of run down apartment buildings, and bed was old and hard as a rock. Literally I would NEVER stay there again. And will now second guess ever staying at a Radisson. We also stayed at the four seasons..spend the extra couple dollars and stay there. This is far from a nice or a 4.5 star hotel. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Do not recommend.
“Great homebase for visiting Sydney”
We recently spent 5 days at the Radisson. Comfortable spacious room; Very quiet, although on a busy street. Extremely convenient to transportation. Friendly, helpful staff. We would definitely return.
