“Hotel location is excellent”

The hotel location is excellent. Easy walk to the Opera House, Bridge, Botanical Gardens, restaurants and shopping. Generally the hotel appears in good condition with a pleasant lobby and the public areas are well kept and welcoming. The restaurant offered good quality buffet food at both breakfast and lunch at a price you would generally expect to pay at this sort of hotel.

“If in Sydney I will go back to the Swissotel, The Staff were so helpfull and friendly”

Loved the place, felt at home and the staff were fantastic... Rooms were spacious, the pool area was beautiful. Very clean and great facilities. One thing, the beds were a little to hard for me and the pillows were like bricks other then that everything was great...

“Good location”

This is an honest hotel. it does what it says it will do and delivers it. Minor problem was that the hair dryer in the room didint work so their maintenance is not well done or managed. Minor point though; the staff were good and helpful.

“Very happy with my Expedia experience”

Very happy with my Expedia experience. The total cost of the hotel for the night for the three of us was excellent and the location couldn't have been better. There was no problems with the booking and all went to plan.

“Valet Parking is a waste of time and money”

Paid the $55 for valet parking. When we checked out we informed the valet desk we'd be leaving in 45 minutes after we got breakfast, and that we'd like the car ready to go then. (well satisfying their 20 minute policy) We returned at the specified time to be told they were "really busy" and that they hadn't sent for our car yet. So we waited another 20 minutes for the car.

“Great location”

Very happy with the location and the room, but the service could be improved. Trying to get through to the Swisservice was hit and miss. On checkout day we were unable to get through in the last 30 minutes. Room service was extremely overpriced, in room entertainment and internet likewise. Very small t.v too.
