"We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....

We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. "Restaurants were great…Must make a reservation in advance, however the buffet was excellent as well. Magic show was fun. Pool was amazing and huge. Water was warm and very close to the beach. Swam in the ocean with sea turtles every morning. Only down side was that checking in was painfully SLOW."
