"Whole stay was amazing from end to beginning. Stuff was very efficient and polite. Food buffet was great. Some a la carte restaurants were excellent. There was one serious problem - lack of air conditioning in restaurants."

"Loved everything about the hotel. The staff, cleanliness, food the only negative is the beach. Water was extremely rough and they’ve blocked off a section that’s safe for swimming but nothing like other beaches I’ve been to. Other than the beach 10/10 experience. "

"Overall very satisfied with the property. Many different areas to spend the day at depending on what mood and vibe you are looking for. Lots of activities during the day and night around the pool and in the theater. Buffet was very good. Lots of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A la carte dinners lacked a bit. Expected more from the Mediterranean restaurant. Japanese and the Grande Tortuga were average. Definitely felt safe walking around and staff always made us feel welcomed. "I really like going to Sian Ka’an because it is fairly quiet and you can eat dinner at a wide variety of à la carte restaurants each nights. You also have full access to the other three resorts. Had a try relaxing, wonderful time."

"Villa Vidorra is truly a five star vacation. 1. Barbara takes care of EVERYTHING for your stay in order to make it seamless from time of arrival to time of departure. She suggests various excursions in the event the group is interested, and also handles everything to book it. She is an amazing concierge! 2. The villa is located in a private neighborhood on Soliman Bay. The grounds are very well maintained. The housekeeping team keeps the villa extremely clean throughout your stay. The villa, pool, and beach were all immaculate. 3. Chef Manual, sous chef Angel and bartender Luis are there to serve all of your needs. Our group could not decide which meal was best because they were all delicious. (although - our group did vote our steak/lobster night the best!) Luis crafts whatever cocktail you are in the mood for that day and is more than willing to try new recommendations! Our group was so sad leaving this wonderful team after our week of relaxation. (side note - if they could bottle and sell their salsas.... we would buy a dozen!!) 4. I would highly recommend the following activities: snorkeling in the bay, organizing a yoga session out by the pool, & MASSAGES! We also enjoyed the catamaran excursion (but have them take you to the bay for the full time... better snorkeling there) 5. If you wanted to give Chef Manual a break - we highly recommend dinner at the Jashita hotel 2 doors down. Conclusion - we will absolutely be back to Villa Vidorra. Soliman Bay was perfect."
