Loved, loved , loved this place going back every year

Stayed at Live Aqua from 5/9 - 5/14, hotel was very nice. Food was above average for all inclusives and had a variety of choices. Drinks were plentiful, they offered top shelf liquors, and would make anything you desired. I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel.

If I ever stayed a better hotel, I simply cannot remember one. It started with the reception, the second our taxi arrived where our bags were unloaded by hotel staff and taken to the front desk while we were checked in by a very friendly young lady. Check in could not have been smoother, no wait, just smiles. We were then taken to our room in one of the original 1800's elevators....WOW !! Once at our room, we were shown all of the little details and were left alone to draw the curtains to the incredible nighttime sight of Zocalo !! WHAT A VIEW !!!! The restaurants...The food was only overshadowed by the great service. The view on the rooftop restaurant was simply amazing !! A little side note....On our day of departure, on arrival at the airport, my wife realized that she was missing a bracelet. She called the front desk and they sent someone to our room to look for it. They discovered it had dropped behind her night stand and they had a driver deliver it to the airport and it was back on her wrist in 30 minutes !!

excellent value for a centrally located hotel (3 blocks from the zocalo, 4 blocks from calle madero and the zocalo metro station). the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. the hotel staff are generally very friendly and helpful.

Although the room was not extremely big, it was perfect. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The location was excellent, very close to the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Metro which was the best part. Lots of people at night and well illuminated area. Very pleased.

great location, L shape small pool on the roof which was great to cool down in and the roof top patio was a great hide away from the crowded beach. staff could speak english and answer questions. hotel is right by all the resturants and bars yet quiet at the hotel

This was a beautiful hotel complete with great views, an aweome pool and beach area and caring helpful employees. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was very poor.
