"First - shout out to manager Gino for making sure my family’s two rooms were actually connecting! He was super helpful and went out of his way. Hotel is good central location and safe feeling NH close to eating options on Polk St (try Bob’s donuts!) and pacific heights with a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s close too. It’s at the terminus of the less crowded cable car line to Embarcadero so easy to do that tourist thing. Fast elevators, comfy beds, and daily housekeeping was thorough. Our rooms were on the sixth floor with sliders to the pool - which some people may not like (fishbowl vibes) but convenient for our kids to swim in the heated pool while we could watch them from our rooms.
