Staff was great .. especially Estefany Expedia specialist and Brion the customer service rep Our housekeeper Veronica was also great.. my friend redefined a doctor and Victor was fantastic.. the plugs by tv did not work so we made coffee in the bathroom. The coffee pot was 2 to 4 cups land the amount of coffee in the packs were for about a gallon! Not good! Need more restaurants!

Sales desks were set up right at each elevator access point to enter the lobby/food area. You were constantly pestered to "upgrade" your trip, do excursions, get massages, etc. Even after saying no and staying firm, they called your hotel room, left things under your door, and constantly asked when you got there and when you were leaving. Some sales pitch always happened. It was awful. The pool area isn't much and most of the entertainment was either water aerobics or karaoke. Food was mediocre. The app to reserve dinner never worked and the restaurants were closed almost everyday. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Every single person we encountered on this property was super helpful, especially the guy at the ice cream and espresso shop. He was warm and kind, but what stood out to us was that he was the same as his coworkers, not just friendly to guests. We had an incredible time. The reserve— not sure if it was worth it— was definitely quieter. Omar, our concierge, was a delight— not having to wake up early to find a beach bed, having reservations ready for us, and taking care of my husband's allergies spoke volumes to us. It was a wonderful time when you have young adults and still want your space. I totally recommend it.
