Clean room, good breakfast

This is not a typical hotel where there is a lobby or staff to greet you . Instead it is a set of apartments in a corner building . The person who let us in was awaiting for us at the door at check in. Breakfast was serve in a buffet style . Staff would ask if you would order something else if you like. Continental breakfast is available .Overall it was comfortable and easy to find . Shops and restaurants are all walking distance.

Phenomenal location!

Beautiful area and room very clean. However, the airport shuttle was extremely expensive although it seemed it would be included. Restaurant did not have many dinner options. Staff was condescending at times.

The room was clean, and the jacuzzi in the room was a pleasant surprise! I didn't realise I had been upgraded until I noticed that the bathtub was more than just a bathtub! Thank you.

Great location and got fantastic service from the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely my first choice for staying in Firenze!

Wonderful staff, amazing room and the wonderful Porta Rossa never fails to live up to its reputation! And manages to exceed it!

We had a lovely stay… our room was spotless the bed very comfortable. The staff were si helpful and friendly. Bonus was on site parking and the bus stop ( bus #7) into Florence was a 2 minute walk down the road. I highly recommend this hotel.
