"The property is gorgeous, the staff was very attentive and all the requests were promptly addressed.
The room was big and clean but they don’t have AC. During the day can get warm but overnight there were no issues.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
Overall we highly recommend this property. "

"Easy to get to from Florence city centre. However worth noting that reception closes at 21:30, we were extremely lucky they stayed open as we arrived very close to 22:00 after a day exploring the city.
Pizza onsite was good, views stunning. Accomodation shakes a little when people walked around inside but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. "

"The hosts Luca and Mario are extremely accommodating and lovely people! Rooms done to a high standard and bed really comfortable. Location is beautiful, just a short walk to bus and train station straight into Florence. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again "

"Everything was fabulous, we got upgraded to a suite with terrace overlooking the river and the hills. The staff were beyond helpful, very attentive to our messages. The shuttle service to downtown was excellent. This is the place to stay at when you want to enjoy Florence but stay away from the crowds. Will definitely come back! "
"It was perfect. Great location. Spacious and very clean room. Excellent service from all staff members. Within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio, shops, Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Lots of thanks to Frederico, Diego, Ida and Carolina. We had a fabulous dinner at Trattoria Tito and other nearby restaurants under 7mins walk from Ruby Bea. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Excellent English skills plus willing to assist like booking a cab, holding our packages and available to answer our questions. "The property and staff were incredible! The only dislike was the drinks at the bar were VERY expensive. Otherwise a great experience, delicious food and fantastic staff. I sent the staff several questions before our arrival and they were very responsive. They also helped us set up an airport ride in the morning."
