"We enjoyed the cleanliness of our room. They are also soundproof and the view to the garden is so nice. The parking area is convenient. The pool was so clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is great and the staff of the restaurant were wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality and good service."

"We came here for the last stop of our Italian honeymoon and were certainly impressed by the property, amenities, room, etc. but we were truly enchanted by the staff who did everything to make our stay the most memorable of our lives. There are too many people to mention them all by name but particular standouts were the bartender Alessio who, over the week, took us on a tour of various Italian amaros as digestivos, Mattia who was always happy to chat with us about the latest events of the Giro in the spare moments when he was wasn't tending to guests, and Vassilios who, on short notice when a wine tasting wasn't available, helped us pick a few bottles and walked us through the tasting notes and experience. Never in my life have I felt so much at home at a hotel. Considering the price, I initially thought this would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, but now I anticipate it may become a required stop on any future European vacations we take, because it was so, so worth it."

"Good location. Within 5 min walking distance to gelato,coffee bars, pharmacy. There is a nice restaurant beside it that is open for coffee as well as lunch and dinner. The bus station close by will take you directly to the city centre. There is also parking in their property if you have a car. Although we didnt get to use it, they have a spa, gym and breakfast buffet."

"No 24 hour shuttle to airport as advertised (it cost about 100-200 euros to get your own transportation). The hotel Charges 2.5 Euros each way for their shuttle to and from the city. The shuttle drops you off about a mile from the actual city center no where near anything and it has other stops on the way, it also has limited pick up and drop offs. It is cheaper and more convenient to take the city bus. The air conditioning was blowing hot air on the lowest setting the first 2 nights, the best the hotel offered was a fan, no one came to inspect or fix after 2 calls. It was well over 80F in the room, it was much hotter inside than outside. this force us to open windows to cool the place down, then we where eaten alive by bugs because they don't have screens. overall not impressed. The menu also only included extremely fancy dishes that seemed overpriced and didn't offer much for the common person. the hotel wasn't near anything so you really have to plan ahead for food so you don't have to pay 40 euros each way for a taxi."

"This hotel is in the perfect location to stay in luxury and then explore Florence and the surrounding areas. The hotel is beautiful with amazing spa, pool, gardens and the views overlooking Florence in the distance are just beautiful. Florence can be very busy but we really enjoyed the easy shuttle service (20mins) that will drop you off and pick you up from the Centre of Florence making out stay so peaceful and serene to relax in the hotel. There are also local villages close by which are also worth exploring by car or taxi. The food and wine etc at the hotel is all top notch with the staff at the bar and restaurant are amazing! Thanks to the place and the hotel people I would thoroughly recommend this as the perfect hotel to stay and enjoy in Florence. We will be back !"
